Tofino Distillery (jalapeno Vodka) Recipe

Infusion Process

   Prepare the Jalapeños

   Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds for a milder flavor, or keep them for extra heat.

   Combine Ingredients

   In a large clean glass jar, combine the vodka, sliced jalapeños, fresh cilantro, lime zest, and honey.

   Infuse

   Seal the jar tightly and shake gently. Let the mixture sit in a cool, dark place for about 3 to 5 days, shaking the jar gently every day.

   Strain

   After 3 to 5 days, strain the vodka through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the solids.

   Bottle

   Pour the infused vodka into a clean bottle, seal, and label. It can be stored at room temperature.
