Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Victoria Empress 1908 Gin, grapefruit liqueur, and fresh lemon juice. Shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve

Add Soda
Top the mixture with soda water, gently stirring to combine.
Finish with Lavender Mist
Add lavender mist or syrup to taste, allowing it to float on top for an aromatic finish.
