Charcuterie Selection
Method
Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare Charcuterie
Begin by slicing the cured meats. Use a sharp knife to cut the salami, prosciutto, and chorizo into thin, bite-sized pieces. Arrange them neatly on your serving board.
- 2
Cut Cheeses
Slice the cheddar cheese into small cubes, cut the brie into wedges, and crumble the gorgonzola. Place the cheese pieces around the cured meats on the serving board.
- 3
Add Breadsticks
Arrange the breadsticks in a small group on the side of the board. This will provide a crunchy texture and complement the meats and cheeses.
- 4
Garnish (Optional)
For an added touch, consider garnishing the board with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme, or a small bowl of olives.
