Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients needed for the Negroni Bianco. Ensure that the peach is ripe for the best puree.
- 2
Make Peach Puree
In a blender, combine fresh peaches (peeled and pitted) with a little water. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if desired for a smoother texture.
- 3
Muddle Basil
In a mixing glass, add the fresh basil leaves. Using a muddler, gently press to release the basil oils but do not shred the leaves.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
Add the Greenhook Ginsmiths Dry Gin, peach puree, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, and Blanc Vermouth into the mixing glass with muddled basil.
- 5
Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes, ensuring all the ingredients are chilled properly.
- 6
Stir
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- 7
Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or rocks glass. Make sure to strain out the basil leaves.
- 8
Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil on top for an aromatic finish.
