Cocktail Preparation

Infuse Black Tea
In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 2 black tea bags. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags and let the tea cool completely.

Prepare Blueberries
In a mixing glass, muddle 1 cup of blueberries gently to release their juices.

Combine Ingredients
To the muddled blueberries, add 3 oz of Aperol, 4 oz of cooled hibiscus tea, and 1 oz of Rockey's Botanical Liquor. Stir gently to combine.

Serve with Ice
Fill a glass with ice cubes to your liking. Pour the blueberry and liquor mixture over the ice.

Top with Prosecco
Carefully top the mixture with 4 oz of Prosecco, allowing it to mix gently.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
