Prepare the Tortillas
Cut the corn tortillas into triangle shapes.

Fry the Chips
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the tortilla triangles in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle salt over the warm chips while they are still hot.
