Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the green bell pepper and onion into thin slices. Set aside.
Cooking the Meats

Brown the Ground Beef and Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Seasonings
Stir in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the meat mixture. Combine well.

Heat the Meatballs
In the same skillet, add the meatballs and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Hoagie Rolls
Slice the hoagie rolls open and place them on a baking sheet.

Build the Sandwich
Spoon the meat and vegetable mixture generously into each hoagie roll. Top each sandwich with two slices of provolone cheese.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the assembled sandwiches in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
