Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice the corned beef if not already sliced. Drain the sauerkraut to reduce excess moisture.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on one side of two slices of marble rye bread. Layer with 4 oz of corned beef, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and 1/2 cup of sauerkraut. Top with another slice of rye bread, dressing side down. Repeat for the second sandwich.

Grill the Sandwiches
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place one sandwich in the skillet and grill for about 4-5 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. Carefully flip the sandwich and add the remaining butter to the skillet. Grill the other side for another 4-5 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted.

Repeat for the Second Sandwich
Remove the first sandwich from the skillet and repeat the grilling process with the second sandwich.

Slice and Serve
Once both sandwiches are grilled, slice them in half and serve immediately while hot. Enjoy your Reuben sandwich!
