Begin by washing and drying the iceberg lettuce thoroughly. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

  2. 2

    Add Vegetables

Slice the cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the red onion. Add all the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the lettuce.

  3. 3

    Add Olives and Feta

Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the salad bowl. Gently toss the ingredients together to mix.

  4. 4

    Add Peperoncini

Add the peperoncini to the salad and toss again. Set aside while you prepare the dressing.

Dressing Preparation

    Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and dried oregano until well combined.

  2. 6

    Season the Dressing

Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the flavors as necessary.

Combine and Serve

  1. 7

    Combine Salad and Dressing

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl. Toss the salad gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
