Method
Chicken Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- 2
Slice the Chicken
Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips. In the same skillet, add the buffalo sauce and toss the sliced chicken until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, dice the tomato, and thinly slice the onion.
- 4
Assemble the Gyro
Take a piece of pita bread and spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce in the center. Layer with lettuce, diced tomato, sliced onion, and the buffalo chicken mixture. Top with feta cheese.
- 5
Wrap and Serve
Fold the pita bread over the filling, creating a wrap. Serve immediately while warm.
