- 1
Prepare the Breading Station
Set up a three-part breading station: one plate with flour, one bowl with beaten eggs, and one plate with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- 2
Bread the Veal
Dredge each veal cutlet in the flour, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside.
- 3
Cook the Veal
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the breaded veal cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
