Method

Veal Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Breading Station

Set up a three-part breading station: one plate with flour, one bowl with beaten eggs, and one plate with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Bread the Veal

Dredge each veal cutlet in the flour, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Veal

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the breaded veal cutlets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

House Salad Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and dry the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Slice the cucumber and red onion thinly.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and red onion.

  3. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.

Caesar Salad Preparation (optional)

  1. 7

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 8

    Assemble the Caesar Salad

In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  3. 9

    Finish with Lemon Juice

Drizzle lemon juice over the salad and toss gently to combine.
