Preparing the Ladyfingers

Whip the Egg Yolks
In the bowl with the yolks, add the granulated sugar and whisk until pale and creamy.

Sift in the Dry Ingredients
Sift the all-purpose flour and baking powder into the egg yolk mixture and fold gently until combined.

Pipe the Ladyfingers
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe 3-inch long strips onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
Preparing the Coffee Mixture

Mix the Ingredients
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee, coffee liqueur, and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Preparing the Mascarpone Cream

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Combine with Mascarpone
In another bowl, gently mix the mascarpone cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Assembling the Tiramisu

Soak the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they absorb some liquid but do not become soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a serving dish, layer the soaked ladyfingers, followed by a layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Chill
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
