Method
Cooking the Salmon

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all sides are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
