Preparation of Chicken and Sauce

Season the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Asiago cheese until melted and smooth. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Garnish
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken and sauce before serving.

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.

Cook the Farfalle
Add the farfalle pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 10-12 minutes.

Plate the Dish
On a plate, serve a portion of the farfalle pasta and top it with the Asiago cream sauce and chicken. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
