Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice or coconut cream until you reach the desired consistency.

Pour the blended pina colada into a chilled glass.
