Method

Preparing the Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  2. 3

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.

Making the Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.

  2. 5

    Add Cheese

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

Combining and Serving

  1. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta with the sauce and vegetables.

  2. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil on top and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Pasta Primavera!
