Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Asiago cheese, minced garlic, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Meatballs
Wet your hands and take a portion of the mixture, shaping it into a ball about the size of a golf ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches, cooking until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Combine Meatballs with Sauce
Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let simmer in the sauce for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Toast the Baguette
Spread the garlic butter mixture on each slice of baguette. Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
