Prepare the Croutons

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning once halfway through. Remove from oven and let cool.
Make the Dressing

Combine the Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Add Parmesan Cheese
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Assemble the Salad

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place the lettuce in a large salad bowl.
