Stir in heavy cream and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer.

Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembling the Pizza

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
