Pasta Preparation

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water.

Cook Spaghetti
Once the water is boiling, add 400 grams of spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Meatball Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine 500 grams of ground beef, 100 grams of breadcrumbs, 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 large egg, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

Form Meatballs
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cook Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauce Preparation

Sauté Garlic
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Add 800 grams of canned crushed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir to combine.

Simmer Sauce
Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Then, add the cooked meatballs and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Combining and Serving

Combine Spaghetti and Sauce
In a large serving bowl, combine the drained spaghetti with the sauce and meatballs. Toss gently to coat.
