Prepare the Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Cook the Pancakes

Preheat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a small amount of butter.

Pour the Batter
Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook Until Bubbles Form
Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes, or until you see bubbles forming on the surface. The edges should look set.

Flip the Pancakes
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.

Continue the process until all the batter is used, greasing the pan as needed.

Stack three pancakes on a plate.
