Juicing Process

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water. For the oranges and apples, peel them if desired, but keeping the skin can add extra nutrients.

  2. 2

    Juicing Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup. Strain if you prefer pulp-free juice.

  3. 3

    Juicing Cranberries

In a blender, combine the cranberries with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.

  4. 4

    Juicing Apples

Cut the apples into quarters, remove the seeds, and juice them using a juicer or a blender. If using a blender, add a small amount of water for easier blending, and strain if desired.

  5. 5

    Juicing Tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Juice them using a juicer or blender, straining if you like a smoother texture.

  6. 6

    Mixing the Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange, cranberry, apple, and tomato juices. Stir well to blend the flavors.

  7. 7

    Serve

Pour the juice into glasses over ice if preferred. Serve immediately for the best taste.
