Chicken Tenders

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
French Fries

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips for frying.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with salt.
Biscuits

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in Butter
Cut the stick of butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk
Add the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape and Bake
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface, pat down to about 1 inch thick, and cut into rounds. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Side Dish (optional)

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and trim the green beans and carrots.

Steam or Boil
Steam or boil the vegetables until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
