Prepare the Breading
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Fry the Steaks
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Sausage
In a separate skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.

Make the Gravy
Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir well. Gradually add milk while stirring, then season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let the gravy simmer until thickened.

Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir until just set and fluffy.
