Breaded Chicken Parmesan

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Breading Process
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Bake the Chicken
Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, then bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cheese Manicotti

Prepare the Manicotti
Cook the manicotti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.

Stuff the Manicotti
Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture using a piping bag or spoon.

Assemble the Dish
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, place the stuffed manicotti on top, and cover with more marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Prepare the Ravioli
Cook the four cheese ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine with Sauce
In a large saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the cooked ravioli and gently toss to coat.

Transfer the ravioli to a baking dish, top with grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella.
