Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the jumbo shrimp and scallops. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Prepare the Creamy Pesto Sauce
Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the pesto sauce and heavy cream into the skillet with the seafood. Mix well and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until heated through. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet with the creamy pesto sauce and seafood. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
