Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Salmon

Sear the Salmon
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Finish the Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let the sauce simmer for another 5 minutes until it thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve
Plate the cooked angel hair pasta or rice pilaf. Top with the sautéed vegetables and drizzle with the brandy cream sauce. Place the seared salmon fillet on top and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
