Main Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, mix the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.

  2. 2

    Cook the Vegetables

Chop the bell peppers, onion, and garlic. In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil, then sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the bell peppers and cook until soft.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

In the same skillet, push the vegetables to the side and add the coated chicken breasts. Cook until the chicken is browned on both sides and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

  4. 4

    Mix Ingredients

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet, let it cool, then slice it. Add the sliced chicken back to the skillet with vegetables and toss in chopped cilantro.

Serving Preparation

  1. 5

    Assemble the Tortillas

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture on each tortilla.

  2. 6

    Add Toppings

Top each tortilla with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.

  3. 7

    Serve

Fold the tortillas and serve immediately while warm. Enjoy your catered meal!
