Method

Preparation of Antipasti

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the salami into thin rounds. Tear or cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces. If using whole olives, you can leave them as they are, or slice them in half for easier eating. Drain the roasted peppers if they are in a jar, and cut them into strips. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces if they are large.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Greens

Rinse the fresh greens under cold water and spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Place the greens in a large serving bowl or platter as the base for your antipasti.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Antipasti

On top of the bed of greens, arrange the sliced salami, fresh mozzarella, green olives, roasted pepper strips, and sun-dried tomatoes. You can arrange them in sections for a colorful presentation or mix them together.

Final Touch

  1. 4

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette over the assembled antipasti. Use more or less dressing according to your taste preference.

  2. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately as a delicious appetizer or a light meal. Enjoy!
