Directions for Unicorn Lemonade

Prepare the Lemonade
Juice the fresh lemons until you have approximately 1 cup of lemon juice. Strain the juice to remove any seeds or pulp.

Mix Lemonade
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, water, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Prepare Butterfly Pea Tea
In a separate bowl, steep the butterfly pea tea in 1 cup of hot water for about 10 minutes. Allow it to cool before using.

Serve the Lemonade
Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade mixture over the ice, and then slowly pour the cooled butterfly pea tea over the top to create a beautiful layered effect.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
