1. Brew the Espresso
Brew 2 shots of espresso using locally roasted coffee using an espresso machine.
2. Steam the Milk
In a saucepan or using a steam wand, heat the milk until it is hot and frothy. Avoid boiling.
3. Combine and Serve
Pour the brewed espresso into a coffee cup, add sugar to taste, and then top with the steamed milk. Optionally sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
