Method
Preparation of Veal Marsala

Prepare the Veal
Season the veal scallopine with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the Veal
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the veal scallopine and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the veal from the skillet and set aside.

Deglaze with Marsala
Pour in the Marsala wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits. Bring to a simmer.

Cooking the Spaghetti

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

Cook Spaghetti
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine with Feta
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. Toss gently to combine.
Serving

Plate the Dish
On each plate, serve a portion of the spaghetti mixture topped with the veal Marsala and sauce. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
