Cooking Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4-5 liters of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tsp of salt to the water.

Cook Pasta
Add 200g of your choice of pasta (Mezzi Rigatoni, Pappardelle, or Fiori) to the boiling water. Stir occasionally, and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-12 minutes.

Drain Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside. Do not rinse.
Preparing Sauce

Heat Olive Oil
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.

Add Sauce
Pour in 200ml of your chosen sauce (Alfredo, Marinara, Pesto, or Vodka) into the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Season Sauce
Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper to the sauce. Stir well and let it cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
Combining Pasta and Sauce

Combine
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

Add Cheese and Basil
Grate 50g of Parmesan cheese over the pasta and add fresh basil leaves. Toss again to combine.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Serve the pasta hot in bowls. You may sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
