Pasta Shells

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta Shells

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Stuff the Pasta Shells

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take each cooked pasta shell and carefully fill it with the lobster filling using a spoon. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish.

  2. 5

    Add Sauce and Cheese

Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells in the baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Baking

  1. 6

    Bake the Stuffed Shells

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  2. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
