Method

Dough Preparation

  1. 1

    Activate the yeast

In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

  2. 2

    Mix the dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

  3. 3

    Knead the dough

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. 4

    Let the dough rise

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Pizza Assembly

  1. 5

    Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

  2. 6

    Prepare the pizza base

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  3. 7

    Add toppings

Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper over the surface. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella, provolone, and asiago cheeses. Top with shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and sliced cherry peppers.

  4. 8

    Bake the pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

  5. 9

    Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
