Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Cold River Blueberry Vodka with fresh diced pineapple. Muddle gently to release the pineapple juice.

Add Sorbet
Add one scoop of lemon sorbet into the shaker and stir gently to mix without melting the sorbet too much.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass filled with ice.

Add Prosecco Float
Slowly pour 4 oz of Prosecco over the top to create a float effect.

Garnish
Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon if desired.
