Preparing the Fish

Season the Fish
Pat the unicorn fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cooking the Seafood Topping

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Add the Crabmeat
Gently fold in the lump crabmeat and continue to cook for another minute until heated through.
Making the Sauce

Prepare the Brown Butter
Add the unsalted butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Stir continuously until it turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma.

Add Wine and Lemon Juice
Pour in the white wine and fresh lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for a few minutes to reduce slightly.

Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
