Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Tortellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the four cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions, typically about 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- 3
Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually add the Parmesan, Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Gorgonzola cheeses, stirring continuously until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is smooth.
- 4
Season the Sauce
Season the Alfredo sauce with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- 5
Combine Tortellini and Sauce
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet with the sauce. Gently toss to coat the tortellini in the Alfredo sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
- 6
Serve
Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy your delicious Four Cheese Tortellini Alfredo!
