Wine Selection
Method
Serving Instructions
- 1
Chill the Wines
Place the bottles of Hess Select, Carmel Road, and La Crema Chardonnay in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure they are at the ideal temperature of 45-50°F.
- 2
Prepare the Glasses
Select appropriate wine glasses for serving Chardonnay. A standard white wine glass will enhance the flavors and aromas. Rinse them with cold water before serving.
- 3
Pour the Wine
Once the wines are chilled, open each bottle and carefully pour about 5 ounces (150 ml) of each Chardonnay into the glasses, filling them to about one-third full to allow for proper aeration.
- 4
Enjoy the Tasting
Gather your guests and enjoy the tasting of the three Chardonnays side by side. Discuss the differences in aroma, flavor, and finish among the Hess Select, Carmel Road, and La Crema Chardonnays.
