Chicken Noodle Soup

Combine Ingredients
Add chicken broth, shredded chicken, and egg noodles. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Season and Serve
Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Matzoh Ball Soup

Cook Matzoh Balls
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Form the matzoh mixture into balls and drop into the boiling broth. Cook for 20 minutes.

Add Vegetables
Add chopped carrots and celery, simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with dill and serve.
Vegetarian Borscht

Cook the Vegetables
In a large pot, combine beets, carrots, potatoes, and cabbage with vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.

Simmer and Season
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and add lemon juice.

Garnish with fresh dill before serving hot.
Ukrainian Meat Borscht

Brown the Meat
In a pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.

Add beets, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
