Lobster Bisque Preparation

1. Prepare the Lobster

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Remove, cool, and extract the meat, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.

2. Sauté the Vegetables

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add Tomato Paste and Broth

7. Serve
