Prepare the Brie
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the whole brie cheese on a baking dish.

Add Toppings
Drizzle the brie with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic cloves and fresh rosemary on top.

Bake the Brie
Bake the brie in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until it is soft and gooey.

Add Honey
Once the brie is baked, remove it from the oven and drizzle honey over the top.
