Preparing the Chilean Seabass

Season the Fish
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture on both sides of the seabass fillets.

Preparing the Wild Rice Pilaf

Cook the Rice
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, carrot, and celery, and sauté until softened. Stir in wild rice and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until rice is tender.
