Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye

Preheat your grill or a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Add olive oil to the grill or skillet. Place the steak on the heat source and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, depending on thickness. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C).

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

While the steak is resting, wash and halve the fingerling potatoes. Boil or steam them until tender, about 10-15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the sunburst squash and zucchini, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the ribeye and serve it alongside the herbed fingerling potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Garnish with fresh rosemary and thyme.
