Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the seven bridges farm chuck, short rib, and brisket blend. Season with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Oxtail Hot Sauce

If the oxtail hot sauce needs heating, warm it in a small saucepan over low heat until ready to use.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom bun, layer the shredded lettuce, tomato slices, the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, and drizzle with oxtail hot sauce. Spread chipotle aioli on the top bun and place it on top.

  5. 5

    Serve with French Fries

Fry or bake the French fries according to package instructions or your preferred method. Serve alongside the burger.
