It specifies the minimum amount of money that must be spent on food and beverages during the event in order to utilize the space.

We have a 7-day cancelation policy. Any events canceled within 7 days of your event date is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 1/3 of the food & beverage minimum.

We do not require a deposit to secure your reservation. Instead, we kindly request completion of a credit card authorization form to confirm it.
