Rim a chilled cocktail glass with togarashi seasoning by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into the seasoning.

In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, fresh lime juice, passionfruit puree, vanilla syrup, and ice cubes.

Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
