Prepare the Cream
In a saucepan, combine the hon dashi and cream over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it begins to simmer. Reduce the heat and let it thicken slightly.

Prepare the Oysters
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.

Top the Oysters
Spoon a generous amount of the hon dashi cream mixture over each oyster. Top with grated parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, and Ritz cracker crumbs.

Roasting
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm as an appetizer.
