Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by cleaning the shrimp and crab, removing any shells. Chop the Fresno peppers and mince the garlic. Set aside.
- 2
Cook the Squid Ink Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the squid ink spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
- 3
Make the Seafood Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped Fresno peppers, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- 4
Combine Seafood and Sauce
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink. Add the cleaned Alaskan King Crab and pour in the Seafood Pomodoro sauce. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Mix Pasta with Sauce
Add the cooked squid ink spaghetti to the skillet, tossing gently to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- 6
Finish and Serve
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and chopped parsley.
