Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are okay. Do not overmix.

Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter.

Cook the Pancake
Pour the pancake batter into the hot skillet, using about 1/2 cup of batter for a single pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.

Flip and Finish
Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Serving

Plate and Serve
Transfer the pancake to a plate. Top with maple syrup, fresh berries, and whipped cream as desired. Serve warm.
